I mean, like I said, it doesn't seem real. I am just a dude who sits in his
office with his dog and dreams up board games. That nearly 40,000 people are clamoring to own what I have created, I don't know. I don't think my brain is processing that information fully at this point.
But anyway, I should stop talking about the
Kickstarter. Surely something else is going on, right?
Well, art continues to come in for Founders of Gloomhaven, and I'm looking forward to having more time to do the final development work on this. It could be ready for Kickstarter
soon, but now that I'm not in a rush trying to get it out the door with the Gloomhaven reprint, I'm going to spend a little more time with it and make sure everything is great before launch a new project for it. I don't know how long that will take, especially given all the time I will need to dedicate to the current Kickstarter, but I am estimating some time in late June or July.
I am also super-excited that convention season is upon us! I guess it sort of started with RobbCon last month, but many more are on the horizon!
I will be headed to Geekway to the West later this month, then to Origins in June and GenCon in August. Maybe I'll squeeze in some others in the next few months as well. I'll have a booth for GenCon, and everything else I just hang out and play games, so if you see me, come say "Hi" and sit down for a game!
Otherwise, I guess I'll talk to you in the next letter!
